Cancellation and Refund Policy
We would love to have you but in case your plans change, our simple cancellation process makes sure you receive a quick confirmation and fast refunds, wherever applicable! Reservations made by you on our Website are subject to the applicable cancellation policy as set out in the respective property description on the booking page or as communicated to you in writing.
In the event of cancellation of non-cancellable bookings, the guest shall not be refunded the amount paid towards making the reservation. As a general rule, no refund will be processed for late cancellations or for the no-shows on the date of arrival in any case whatsoever.
Refunds, if any, on cancelled reservations will always be processed to the respective account details shared by the guest or the banking instrument (debit card, credit card, wallet etc.) from which payment was made for that booking. Credit card transaction or processing fee, if any, will be deducted from the refund.
In the rare circumstance of a booking not getting confirmed for any reason whatsoever, Sliceinn will process the refund of the booking amount paid by you and intimate you about the same. Sliceinn is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of or to compensate or replace the unconfirmed booking. All subsequent bookings will be treated as new transactions. Any applicable refund will be processed as per the defined policies of Sliceinn.
In case you decide to shorten your short term stay post the check-in date, you will be charged for the entire stay for which the reservation was originally made for.
As a general rule, Sliceinn reserves the right to modify or cancel the reservation if it appears, at sole discretion of Sliceinn, that a guest is engaged in fraudulent, illegal or other inappropriate activity or the reservation is obtained fraudulently or with malafide intention or mistake or error. Any refund will be at the sole discretion of Sliceinn.
Peak dates: Bookings made during long weekends, citywide sold-out dates, and blackout periods (city sold-out dates, festivals like Diwali etc., Christmas & New Year's) are non-refundable and non-changeable.
Bookings made via third-party sites, such as Airbnb or GoMMT may be subject to the respective channel’s cancellation terms. Please check the Cancellation Policy of the site where the booking was originally made.
